Anton Musgrave Siri on steroids

An ultra intelligent agent is in the making and it will make Siri look like the amateur that it is! How will this new capability change businesses and how humans will remain relevant?

Anton Musgrave Super computer in your pocket?

What disruptions will happen when we all carry a super computer, (remember IBM's Watson Computer?) in our smart phone? Think of many intermediaries or purveyors of information that you know...Doctors, Lawyers, Private Bankers, Auditors, etc. How will they stay relevant? Where will value be created in future?

Anton Musgrave Siri has a name change.

We all have memories, some not so fond, of the first consumer smart assistant in our phones. Fear not, the smart I-Assistant has been overtaken by the next generation of really smart support...'Watson' I presume ! Armed with voice recognition language barriers will crumble, smart answers will become ubiquitous and teenagers will lose their competitive advantage in arguments with Mom or Dad! Customer service levels should skyrocket and if not, blame your supplier for tardiness. Are we approaching a utopian world of perfect information symmetry? If so, where where will real value lie and who will offer that?

Anton Musgrave Executives may soon be challenged by machines...are you ready for this?

In the race between man and machine we should think about our personal relevance. do we simply act out the motions of leadership and succumb to process, governance, rules, admin and linear thinking...or are we truly ahead of the game, able to synthesise complex issues and often paradoxical market forces?

Anton Musgrave The end of the UI?

As AI merges with chat, bots and new technology tools, will we see the end of the user interface as we know it? Apples Siri was a slow and weal start but already there are new 'Siri's' on the block. Where will it all take us and how exciting could that new future be? I for one am looking forward to the end of all the difference interfaces, text blocks etc!

Anton Musgrave Programmed society with programmed citizens and policies...is this the end of democracy?

With the explosion of IoT, AI and algorithm driven engagement in our daily lives - remember the role of Cambridge Analytics in the 2016 US election of Donald Trump, are we staring at the beginning of the end of democracy?

Anton Musgrave AI on a new path?

Thinking smaller about the future of AI is a fascinating thought...and could change its future profoundly. It demands a shift in design thinking...from solutions frameworks to semantic thinking ...more humanlike...
