The notion that China will become the world's No. 1 nation in the foreseeable future is well-entrenched and much-debated! Now here's a fascinating study that indicates that the level of education in China is steadily outstripping that of the rest of the world.
I was particularly taken by the quote from the researchers that "In China, the idea is so deeply rooted that education is the key to mobility and success." How many nations can say that?
Meanwhile, education standards in the West continue to slip further and further behind the often-grim realities of the 21st Century.
