In order to assess how your organization rates you will be asked to score your
organization against 48 statements describing the 'ideal' Information Age
business. Each rating can be scored between 1 and 10. In each statement you
will be asked:

How relevant is this statement to your business?

How do you rate your current reality against this ideal state?
(The Current Reality)

Where do you believe your business SHOULD be in the future?
(The Ideal Future)

Where do you believe your business WILL be in the future?
(The Likely Future)
You can choose an appropriate date in the next 5 years or so as your time
horizon.
The difference between 2 and 3 above will give an indication of the degree of
change that you believe is required (we call this the Change Index).
The difference between 3 and 4 will give us an indication how ready the
organization is to implement the changes you believe are required (we call this
the Competency Index). Both indices are weighted by the relevance you
attach to the statement.
Based on your scores we will identify the key areas for change and competency
development. Once you have completed the scorecard you will be able to compare
your rankings with others who have participated in the Information Age
Scorecard.
At the end we strongly suggest that you print or save your summary results so
that you are able to compare your results against the expanded global data base
at any time by simply entering your unique user identifier without having to
complete the questions again!
We have found that it will take between 20 and 30 minutes to complete the
questionnaire and to receive your analysis. We suggest that you do not start
this process unless you have adequate time to complete it. If you do not have
