Sehr is a corporate & investment banker who has focused on leadership through human resources in the past few years. She has experience working in consumer, corporate & investment banking in Canada and across Asia, with ABN AMRO, HSBC, ANZ Grindlays and Deutsche Bank.

She has been responsible for leading the rapid growth of the ABN AMRO retail businesses through strategic recruitment and development of top talent across Asia over the past 5 years - leading early start-up HR strategy, creation of a high performance culture and enabling the integration of ABN AMRO into the RBS Group.

Sehr has an MBA in Finance from Edinburgh University Management School where she was awarded a Commonwealth Scholarship. She received her degree in Economics at Brandeis University USA and was awarded the Wien Scholarship.

She is an engaging and inspirational speaker, expert in bringing business strategies to life by harnessing the right 'people' levers.
