Under Louis' guidance, the firm achieved exponential growth through a distinct innovation program that involved the launch of over 10 new businesses in 3 years. He was formally Global Executive Director: Innovation & Growth for Deloitte. In addition to his current role as CEO of the Southern African firm's Consulting business, he consults to many multinational companies on the strategy and mechanisms to drive sustainable quantum growth through innovation.

Louis is a Chartered Accountant, has a Masters degree in Management Accounting and is highly regarded as a strategist and expert on the subject of breakthrough innovation as a business imperative.
