There's something happening out there and it's going to be big - very big.

Yes, I know we've said it before, 3D printing is going to change the way the world works. Not only will traditional manufacturing be completely transformed, but the counterfeiting business will get a real boost. We published this MindBullet a while back, which explores a scenario where it's simple to scan and clone solid objects - just like taking and printing a picture.

It seems that the Economist agrees with us!
