Malls are not dead - yet

Ten years ago (yes a decade!) we published this MindBullet about the changing future of shopping malls. Here's a report on the decline and transformation in US malls, and it's not over yet. According to this report, about one third of US malls need to close, and many need to transform, but "A" class malls are still very valuable.
