Multi nationals

Interesting concept but I would like to bet the multi nationals who control the GM seed production now would fight this to the death. It would obviously reduce their profitability as they would not be able to sell product every year. Perhaps they would put royalties on it to maintain their income based upon production.

Doug Vining There are a number of scenarios here, Simon, but if there is sufficient pressure from the market, multinational suppliers will have to provide the product or lose out to their competitors. Perhaps this is one of those 'Black Swans' that will disrupt the market leaders?
