India has 560 million young people under the age of 25. That's a staggering number of labour market entrants or would-be entrepreneurs. Will this prove to be an asset or a liability in the future? Which of these countries will thrive? One thing's for sure, the next generation will have to find new models of employment and economic participation - the old paradigm just won't be relevant any more!
