Redefining war through 3D printing

3D printing is affecting every manufacturing endeavour - not the least the military. 3D printing of weapons is old hat. But how about issuing every soldier with a pair of bespoke, perfectly-fitted 3D printed boots? Or camouflage uniforms that change their patterns to suit the terrain they are in? And we all know an army marches on it stomach...so how about printing food to keep the soldiers moving? And 3D shelters to protect them from the elements? All this is already happening - and more.
