Redefining war through 3D printing

3D printing is affecting every manufacturing endeavour - not the least the military. 3D printing of weapons is old hat. But how about issuing every soldier with a pair of bespoke, perfectly-fitted 3D printed boots? Or camouflage uniforms that change their patterns to suit the terrain they are in?
