Wolfgang Grulke Of course you're right that it would be a momentous and difficult change. But, however unlikely, the idea is really to consider what would happen to business and government strategies if such a change in attitude were to happen!

Just as an aside, the current Facebook numbers are around 400 million users worldwide.
