Why Capitalism needs to become more 'Conscious'!

As the world debates the future model to drive economic growth and equitable prosperity, stories like this simply underline why and where we have, as Capitalists, gone wrong. Nothing wrong with profit, rewarding risk taking or paying well for scarce skills...but somehow we seem to have stayed from the compass of reasonability, fairness and equity. No-one is invincible and the markets punish severely. Can business create new and fairer models that will sustain capitalism as the core business philosophy into the future?
