Can Aids orphans now claim damages from SA government?
Now that government has acknowledged that it, or at least the former administration, is responsible for the premature deaths of hundreds of thousands of South Africans, what stops this country’s estimated 1.4 million Aids orphans from launching a civil claim for damages? (DailyMaverick)
