Mexican murder rate improves

So it would seem that parts of this scenario are unfolding. Although the murder rate in Mexico is shocking, it's not that bad compared to say, South Africa, with twice as many people. If improvements continue, I can foresee a future where we look to Mexico as an example of what can be done to get back in the game.
